apa saja fungsi HEPAR manusia?

Fak Kedokteran UNS.
Blok IV, Metabolisme. terutama skenario ketiga, membahas mengenai metabolisme protein (asam-asam amino), karbohidrat, dan lipid.
Kemarin aku dapet kuliah dari dr. Jarot (my fave lecturer) tentang metabolisme lipid.
Jadi, yang kita bahas adalah tentang lipid, lemak. Sebenarnya apa fungsi lemak?

1.Sumber energi terbesar (sumber energi kita nggak cuma dari lemak yaaaaa :))
2.Pelindung organ penting, spt organ perut, pantat (??? pantat ???)
3.Pengangkut vitamin: A, D, E dan K
4.Nutrisi esensial: As linoleat dan linolenat
5.Jenis yg ditimbun di bawah kulit:Trigliserid (tahukah mengapa harus ada lemak yg ditimbun dibawah kulit?? yaaa, biar kalo duduk nggak sakit, kalo tidur nggak sakit, nggak tulang doank gitu)
•Waktu muda langsing, sekarang langsung (jayus)
•Dulu bau parfum, sekarang bau …. 

Nahh, lemak sebenernya berguna sekali buat tubuh kita, dia juga untuk stabilisasi suhu tubuh, loh. coba deh minta peluk orang kurus sama orang gemuk, pasti lebih enak dipeluk orang gemuk. Dipeluk orang gemuk tu lebih hangat, daaaaan, empuk.
Lemak-lemak yang baik hati ini bisa juga menjadi jahat, lho. yaa, ketika ia tertimbun terlalu banyak dalam tubuh kita. oleh karena itu, lemak harus di proses dalam siklus metabolisme dalam tubuh. metabolisme lemak terjadi di hati (hepar) kita loh kawan :)

apa fungsi HATI manusia???


1. Metabolisme Lemak, Karbohidrat & Protein

2. Metabolisme obat-obatan.
3. Detoksifikasi racun & toxin
4. Menyimpan feritin, glikogen, vitamin ADEK

tapi teman2.
ada yang belum ditulis disitu sebagai fungsi hati manusia. yaaaaaa, selain menyimpan feritin, glikogen dan vitamin ADEK, hati manusia pun menyimpan rasa sayang, rindu dan dendam di dada. hahahahahahaha :))

infancy and childood :D

First of all, I'd like to say thanks to someone, hahaha, who gave me inspiration for make a post about it. that title is taken from his facebook status. heheheheee.

I don't know why lately I love love love children; this phenomenon started when I was waiting for my "Roti Bakar Bandung", I watched a little girl with short hair, red dress and red shoes, and very very very cute, gorgeous.

Then I started to browse on internet. this is what I've got.


yea, I'm sure you know who she is. no, she isn't Tom Cruise's daughter! she is me! hahahaha. okay I know that's not funny.
However, she is extremely cute >.<
Soon my exploration was widened and I got this one.

I wonder if I have a son I would love to give him this cute costume. and I would looooooooooooooove to have a son like him. hahahahaha.
This is another costume you can choose for your son and daughter. hehe.




No no no no. stop stop stop.
too much isn't good. hehehe.
I remember my childhood. oh my. I was as cute as them. ^^

I HATE PHYSICS (?)

this afternoon, I got a SMS from my friend :
"I do well in math, I understand well in chemist. But why? why? why? why? oh why? I never get my mood to study physics. I cant solve even just a problem in physics? I think the teacher is the one that I should blame on"
I was at campus that time, waiting for the rain to stop. 
Reading that, I remembered when I was on high school. Since I was introduced to physics, yea, on Junior HS, I NEVER had a good mood for physics. even if it just a distance formula, everybody knows, s=v.t, or what else about Vt and Vo, speed and acceleration -even if it's simple like that- I NEVER love physics. NEVER EVER. hehe

NEVERTHELESS, I got a very good mark at my Senior HS National Final Exam. "very good" in my parameter. -___-"
up to 90. :)
what I've done??
maybe I can recommend you somethings, you should just do that or not, according to you. hopefully can be profitable for you and me.
  1. Give physics a cute name like "my lovely physics" or "physics unyu" or a cute name with repetition like "phyphys"
  2. Make a special time for you and your physics unyu. Just you two.
  3. Start to understand it, from the very very beginning, step by step, you HAVE TO UNDERSTAND it, i mean, really really understand it.
  4. You should stop and repeat when you think you haven't ready enough to go to the next chapter. You can also make a different name for your physics, maybe the name isn't compatible ( -_____-" )
  5. When you feel you are ready enough, try to solve the problems on that chapter. You'd better have the answer key so you don't have to be crazy to think how to solve that so you can see whether your answer is wrong or right. when wrong, you can learn what the right one is.
  6. Try a lot of model of problems, I suggest.
  7. You should study in a fresh and on fire condition. If you don't, I suggest you'd better sleep. hehehehehe..
Okay I know maybe that recommendation isn't good enough but maybe that could help you in some way. hehehehe. God Bless! :D

Pretest Biokimia (Karbohidrat, Protein, Lipid) lalalalalala~

morning people :)
I want to use Indonesian this time. maybe on the next posts, I'll use Indonesian at some posts too. why? I love to learn English, but I love to use Indonesian too. hahahaha :)

hari ini aku bangun kesiangan, setelah semalam begadang begitu indahnya. aku baru tidur jam setengah3 dan lalu bangun jam setengah5, lalu ketiduran lagi bangun jam 5.45 @.@
begadang lagi begadang lagi begadang terus. semua ini karena Biokimia yang . . . . . berat -.-

pertama saya harus membuat BRK (Buku Rencana Kerja) untuk 3 topik dan per topik ada 5-10 praktikum, dimana setiap praktikum saya harus membuat Judul, Dasar Teori, Alat dan Bahan, Cara Kerja dan Interpretasi Hasil. ditulis tangan -.-

BRK baru selesai pukul 1.45 am dan PADAHAL pukul 5.45 am saya harus sudah berada di kampus untuk pretest, pretest biokimia juga. sekedar info, biokimia itu materi tentang molekul-molekul kimia yang diperlukan oleh tubuh, reaksi-reaksinya, dan masuk ke dalam blok Metabolisme semester 1 FK UNS.
PADAHAL saya paling tidak suka kimia (setelah fisika) -.-

oke. setelah selesai BRK saya keramas.
ya Tuhan, saya merasa seperti orang bego.

Akhirnya belajar, belajar pun sambil berhalusinasi saking ngantuknya. tapi mata saya tetap bisa bertahan ternyataa, sampai pukul setengahtiga-an akhirnya saya terkapar juga. pukul 4.41 am saya ditelvon oleh alarm pribadi saya hahahaha, bangun, belajar, dan tidak sadarkan diri.

pukul 5.45 am.
iblis .. saya bangun dan lalu tidak mandi dan tidak membawa apapun selain tas, buku, alat tulis, sisir, parfum, BRK, hape, dompet .. (banyak banget)
lalu lalu lalu saya cao saja ke kampus dan puji Tuhan nggak telat :D

Pretestnya.. begini ternyata.
Tidak perlu menghapalkan sekian banyak teori dan segala macamnya, reaksi-reaksi begituan (PADAHAL saya belajar itu -.-), yang keluar antara lain :
  1. Interpretasi hasil. kalo dikasih ini jadinya gimana, kalo dikasih itu jadinya gimana. kalo larutan yang diuji ini hasilnya apa, kalo larutan yang diuji inu hasilnya apa. BEWARE : perhatikan kata "endapan" dan "larutan". saya terjebak disana -.-
  2. Bahan-bahan yang digunakan dalam praktikum. jangan sampe ketuker natrium nitrat dan natrium sulfat, natrium karbonat, atau asam sulfat asam asetat, atau juga kolesterol dan sterol, fruktosa dan sukrosa, tes Molisch dan tes Millon, aaaaaa -.-
  3. Asam amino essensial dan non essensial.
  4. . . . (lupa)
Intinya itu aja sih. jangan terjebak di teori-teori dan apalah yang panjang lebar itu, menyita waktu dan tenaga (utamanya menyakitkan mata) -.-
goodluck yah yang mau pretes biokimia (kali aja adek tingkat besok buka ini blog :p)

yasudah saya mau kuliah. hahahaahahahaa. doakan saya. semoga nggak telat. saya belum mandi.

MOLECULAR BIOLOGY (Blok 3 Biologi Molekuler)

I love love love the title above!
those words mean a lot for me.. haha. they make me bereave my time, they fulfil my mind, they make me stress, they make my room in a mess, they make my clothes queue to be laundried, they make me sleep to late, they make my eyes sick, they make me waste my money, they make me face look older, they make me absent from blogging!!

This is a block that really hard to seize in my first semester, when I face anatomy for the first time (hell, I have to remember a lot of human's osteo, AND its articulation), when I face the practical site for the first time, when I have to ARRIVED at 5.15 am for pretest, when I have to make a lot of reports from each practicum, when I know that not wearing a masker at laboratory is equal to buy a bottle of alcohol 70%, well. . . . they are NEW for me -.-

Okay now I have faced the third block, and is walking on the next pathway = Metabolism.
I realize that my schedule now isnt as busy as the previous month. hope I can write again here :)
